American Mule

 

Ingredients:

4 oz. Ginger Beer

1½ oz. Blue Ice Vodka

1/6 oz. Lime Juice

Lime Wedge, for garnish

 

Directions:

Combine vodka and ginger beer in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice. Add lime juice. Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice.

 

Pumpkin Martini

 

1 Tablespoon Sugar

¼ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1½ oz. Blue Ice Vodka

1 oz. Half and Half

½ oz. Canned Pure Pumpkin Puree

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

¼ Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

 

Directions:

1) Combine the sugar and ⅛ teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice on a small plate. Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass in water, then dip in the sugar to coat.

2) In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, half and half, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and the remaining ⅛ teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice. Shake vigorously, then strain into the prepared glass.

 

Holiday Mule

 

1½  oz. Blue Ice Vodka

4 oz. Ginger Beer

2 oz. Cranberry Juice

Frozen Cranberries and Rosemary Sprig, for garnish

 

Directions:

Squeeze the lime into the copper mug. Fill mug with ice and pour vodka, ginger beer, and cranberry juice over ice. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary sprig.

 

Salted Caramel Apple

 

2 oz. Blue Ice Vodka

3 oz. Apple Cider

Salted Caramel Dessert Topping

Salt

 

Directions:

Drizzle the inside of each glass with caramel sauce. Coat the rim of each martini glass into the caramel and then lightly into the kosher salt.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and mix together the cider and vodka by shaking well. Pour the cocktail into each glass and serve.

 

Apple Pie in a Glass

 

2 oz. Blue Ice Vodka

2 oz. Cinnamon Flavored Whiskey

8 oz. Apple Cider

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Simple Syrup

Cinnamon Sticks

 

Directions:

Rim the chilled glasses with sugar. Fill glasses with ice and set aside. Add liquids to ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake very well. Strain into glasses, garnish and serve.

 

The Stand

 

2 oz. Blue Ice Vodka

6 oz. Lemonade

Lemon Slices and Fresh Mint, for Garnish

 

Directions:

Add the vodka and lemonade to a glass, stir to combine. Top with ice, lemon slices, and fresh mint.

 

Tater Toast

 

1 ½ oz. Blue Ice Vodka

1/3 oz. Honey

¼ oz. Lemon Juice

3 oz. Champagne

Lemon Twist, for Garnish

 

Directions:

Combine vodka, honey and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into champagne flute. Top with champagne, and garnish with lemon twist.

 

Fresh Mint Martini

 

2 oz. Blue Ice Vodka

1 oz. Lime Juice

¾ oz. Simple Syrup

6 Leaves Fresh Mint

2 Slices Cucumber

 

Directions:

Muddle mint and cucumber with simple syrup and lime juice. Add vodka and shake. Strain into stem glass. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaves.

 

Strawberry Mule

 

1 ½ oz. Blue Ice Vodka

1 oz. Lime Juice

¾ oz. Simple Syrup

2 Strawberries

Ginger Beer

 

Directions:

Muddle strawberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass.  Add vodka and lime juice and shake with ice.  Strain into a copper mug filled with ice.  Top with ginger beer.  Garnish with a strawberry wedge.
